It's no secret that selling apparel can be a great way to raise money for your club, but it can also be expensive and time consuming. You have to find a vendor, design a logo and website, and manage orders and shipping.

Rugbee is the solution! We'll create an online store for your club at no cost and handle all of the order management and shipping for you. Stores are open year round, so you can sell gear and raise money for your club in and out of season.

HOW IT WORKS

  • STEP 1: SIGN-UP

    Sign-up and a member of the Bee Team will contact you! We will tell you everything you need to know about our online stores and ask a few questions to get your online store request in the system.

  • STEP 2: ARTWORK

    Once we have the request in, we move on to artwork! All designs, colors and logo placements must be approved before we can build the store. Our team will send the art on a few items that will be on the store to be sure it is exactly how you want it.

  • STEP 3: THE STORE BUILD

    After artwork approval, our online store building team takes over. They will fill the store with some of the best selling products for rugby teams in your area. If you have any particular requests from your team, be sure to let us know and we will find products for you.

  • STEP 4: THE STORE IS READY

    Once the online store team builds your store, they will email the link directly to you. You can check everything over and see if you need to make any edits.

  • STEP 5: SHARE YOUR LINK!

    Once you have the link it’s time to start sharing the store with your team, alumni, fans and supporters! We will email you marketing graphics and flyers to help spread the word.

  • STEP 6: CASH YOUR CHECK

    Your organization will make $5 for every item sold and profit checks will be mailed directly to your organization montly.
